Refunds will be granted for the following reasons
- A change of mind – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Damage in transit – Items are always issued in mint condition, but if they arrive in a damaged condition please return them and advise if you require a refund or an exchange.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- We cannot cover the cost of return postage
- Once your return is received it will be inspected and if approved, we will either give you a refund or send a replacement item, whichever is applicable. If a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
